Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at synergycmconsulting@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve this quickly with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care products.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
